Agreeing to these terms

By accessing or using ITEDA Solutions products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Using our services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the services
• Use the services to transmit harmful or malicious code

Drying bookings

• Booking: a request through our website or by phone is not yet a booking. It is confirmed when we agree a date, a place and the rate with you, by phone or in writing.
• Cancelling: if you need to cancel or move a booking, tell us at least 24 hours before the agreed date. There is no charge for cancelling with notice.
• If we must cancel or move a booking, for example because of bad weather or a fault with the dryer, we tell you as soon as we can and agree a new date at no cost to you.
• Your crop: it must be harvested and cleaned of stones, soil and other material, and must not already be mouldy or rotting. We may decline crop that is spoiled or too wet for the dryer to handle safely.
• Measuring: we measure the moisture of your crop with a moisture meter before drying and again after, and you see both readings. The price is worked out from these readings and the weight.
• Your crop stays yours. We take reasonable care of it while it is in our dryer, but we are not responsible for damage or spoilage that happened before drying started.

Payment

Drying is charged per kilogram, based on how much moisture is removed.

Payment terms are specified in individual product agreements. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in product agreements.

Product warranties

Our products come with standard warranties as specified in product documentation. We strive to ensure all products meet quality standards and perform as described.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITEDA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
